From New York City

Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 - New Brunswick/Route 18.
Stay to the right as you go through the toll booths. Follow the signs to New Brunswick - Route 18 North. Get over to the left couple of lanes.
As soon as you get on Route 18 North, look for the sign for the Route 1 South exit. Take this exit. Be careful. It is a bit confusing here.
Take Route 1 South approximately 20 miles to Alexander Road East - Princeton Junction. 
After the second light take the University Square Drive jug handle which takes you across Alexander Road onto Campus Drive.
Turn right at the stop sign. You will see a circular parking lot and the office will be directly ahead. Limited visitor parking is available in front of the building. Additional parking is available behind the office.

From the Garden State Parkway

Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 129 - New Jersey Turnpike.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 - New Brunswick/Route 18.
Stay to the right as you go through the toll booths. Follow the signs to New Brunswick - Route 18 North. Get over to the left couple of lanes.

Take Route 1 South approximately 20 miles to Alexander Road East - Princeton Junction exit

From the Verrazano Bridge

Cross the Verrazano Bridge, and take Route 278 West for 7 to 8 miles.
Cross the Goethals Bridge into New Jersey.
Follow the signs for the New Jersey Turnpike South towards Trenton.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 - New Brunswick/Route 18.

From Newark Airport

Exit Newark Airport and follow signs for the New Jersey Turnpike South.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 - New Brunswick/Route 18.

From Route 287

Take Route 287 South to Route 206 South.
Follow 206 South for approximately 25 miles to a T intersection (206 South turns right)
Turn Left at that intersection onto Nassau Street (Rt. 27).
Then take an immediate (and sharp) right onto Mercer Road.
Turn Left at next corner onto Alexander Road. 
After you cross over Route 1, take the University Square Drive jug handle which takes you across Alexander Road onto Campus Drive.
Turn right at the stop sign. You will see a circular parking lot and the office will be directly ahead. Limited visitor parking is available in front of the building. Additional parking is available behind the office.

From the Delaware Memorial Bridge

Cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge, and take Route 295 North for approximately one hour.
Exit onto US Route 1 North to Princeton/New Brunswick and stay on Route 1 for approximately 5 miles.
Take the Alexander Road exit and turn right at the light at the top of the ramp.
At the first light take the University Square Drive jug handle which takes you across Alexander Road onto Campus Drive.
Turn right at the stop sign. You will see a circular parking lot and the office will be directly ahead. Limited visitor parking is available in front of the building. Additional parking is available behind the office.

From Philadelphia Airport

Take Route 95 North into New Jersey.
Exit onto US Route 1 North to New Brunswick and stay on Route 1 for approximately 5 miles.
Take the Alexander Road exit and turn right at the light at the top of the ramp.

From John F. Kennedy (JFK) Airport

Take the Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 North
Take Exit 1B-2 towards the Belt Parkway West.
Take the I-278/Verrazano Narrows Bridge Exit (Exit 3)
